Screening, Privacy and Security

If you have found yourself on this page, you have questions and concerns about privacy, discretion, and your personal information being held in confidence... I have answers!

If you are new to sensual artists who screen, or new to sensual arts completely, this can all seem overwhelming and confusing. If you are used to escort agencies, or sensual massage practices where there are groups of ladies you could be a little daunted by this. Let's demystify this!

What is Screening?

Screening is a process of risk management that a sensual artist uses to reduce risk to her health and to protect both herself and her clients from legal and social issues. I screen 100% of my initial clients.

I have a private practice and see clients one on one in a private setting. I need to know persons coming through my door will not harm me. This is how I know. Please, consider how safe you would wish your sister, daughter or wife to be, if they were alone with someone they have only met via electronic media. My family loves me just as much as you love yours.

Is Screening Optional?

No, Screening allows me to maintain my safety and privacy for legal and other reasons. You cannot bypass this system. Trying to by-pass my system will result in your request being deleted or ignored. This is a matter of respect, for me and my practice.

I completely respect your right to choose a provider who does or doesn't screen according to your comfort, please respect my choice TO screen. If you are not comfortable with screening after reading my Q&A then we are simply not a good fit, and you should select a provider you fit with. PLEASE DO NOT send me emails telling me to not screen.

Questions and feedback on ways to improve my screening process ARE welcomed and I always work towards improving this system.

But other people DON'T screen...

True! Other practitioners have different ways to maintain safety.

Some are operating into a group practice. There is safety in numbers.

Some have ways to communicate with third party protectors via phone and check-ins that you are unaware of. If a check in is missed, prepare for the bouncer to bound in.

Some have people physically present that you are unaware of.

Some get hurt.

Two Ways to Communicate Screening - Web-form & Email Cut & Paste

In order to schedule you first appointment with me, you will need to complete the web-form screening information COMPLETELY. You may also email me the same information, using the cut and paste below, incomplete emails will be ignored, this is NOT a way around my screening. Genuine questions about how to answer are welcome, but this is NOT a work around to avoid screening.

What is a web-form? That thing scares me!

My web-form is a fancy-dancy email - all decorated up to send to my computer at the TOP of my emails with everything it needs to go fast! It does several things:

  • It saves you having to cut and paste and cuts down email tag - getting you in to me sooner
  • It sends NON personal data to my database so I can improve my quality of service
  • It streamlines the screening process taking out think-work for you with clear and easy steps
  • IT DOES NOT SEND ANY PERSONAL information to ANY storage database

Information at Risk?

It is FAR more likely for your information to be stored on your end, than on mine. I have NEVER, since I started in 2007, experienced a security issue; FROM MY END.

  • Use common sense; clear your email or have a separate email for correspondence if your life requires that compartmentalization.
  • Don't schedule on a work computer. Just don't.
  • CLEAR your temporary email files cache, browsing history, and text logs.
  • If you don't feel safe using your main phone, get a Trac-phone, (prepaid) and link it to your separate email just for sensual communication.
  • If you aren't sure how to keep your browser clean, ask your teenager... lol ?

Why do you have a web-form? No one else does...

I come from a professional medical and professional practice background, where technology is often used to make for easier scheduling, and to increase the quality of your sessions by allowing me to prepare well for them.

I believe that although this work isn't mainstream it should have the same high quality and professionalism. I am a professional in the healing and sensual art field and you should expect the same context as any other professional (doctor, professional consultant, physical therapist, counselor or hair stylist); a thorough intake and a way to schedule your times effectively with clear expectations.

DO I HAVE TO GIVE YOU ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

No, I have different screening options. There are two basic paths - your real name with supporting info, OR your nickname, with references.

No, I don't need ALL your info! I just need your legal name and information supporting that. I need to know you are who you say you are. Again, you are asking for the "real me" I need to know who the "real" you is.

If you are not comfortable with disclosing your real name and information, you may give me a nick name and two other providers who can vouch that you are safe, and considerate. To do this use my form, or the email cut and paste below. These must be providers who have active websites, and you must provide me their email (I do not do "phone verifies"). If you have not seen other providers or are not willing to have them refer you, you will need to select another screening method, or visit me after you have sampled other providers services and can provide references.

My appointment buttons are the fastest, Email is second best. Thanks!

Record keeping

Your privacy and security are important to me. I do not keep any personal information after your first session. I delete all email threads (and encourage you to do likewise as soon as we have our session, each time we meet).

The only information I keep is a database of types of sessions people are interested in so that I can continue to offer sessions that are appealing and desired, and demographic info regarding age, marital status, and how you found my website, so that I can develop my practice and respond to changes in the field.

I do NOT maintain contact information (phone, email, legal names) in an address book, hard copy or computer, phone log, contact list or any other place. Ever.
This is for both your security and mine.

Question often asked by clients - "Ananda, if your site is so safe, why don't you post your address & YOUR legal name? Isn't this a double Standard?"

  • My site is posted on various advertising sites, often without my direct knowledge and anybody can go there - I am not shy about who I really am with my clients, not at all, I am warm, open and friendly... BUT I don't want someone I've never met, never spoken to developing a crush and just showing up to drop by. It happens.
  • Were I to post my physical address on my site or ads, people could drop in and knock during our session times which are just a bit disruptive.
  • If I were to post my legal name, it would create problems in the legal and social climate of our society currently. My site is passive, anyone can go there. When you provide your information to me, there is a mutual interaction between you and I. I am NOT just dialing into your personal realm without your consent. A request for time with me opens that two way dialog in a way that posting a web-site does not.
  • Clients have been known to post or repost things onto reviews, emails to friends, or printed matter left in non-secure places. It's best just not to have it in print where someone could inadvertently through inexperience, create a safety risk.
  • Posting my address or name, would create a security breach on your end, if you left an electronic trail, again your boss or wife are welcome if they are joining us for a session, but not unannounced ?

Communication Details for Screening and Appointments:

Do I need an email and a phone?

Yes, you need both of these things.

Our relationship will stall without either of these. Our primary communication will be via email/web-form with phone access for the two hours prior to our sessions. I DO NOT ANSWER MY WORK PHONE except immediately prior to sessions. I do not carry my studio phone with me. It lives safely and only at my studio.

  • Don't ask me to communicate if you don't have a phone. If you don't have a phone and email, we are NOT a good fit. NO exceptions.
  • When you confirm your session I will need the phone number that works for that day.
  • Don't email me from a secure computer that belongs to your employer, or your wife, unless your boss or your wife will be joining us for our time?
  • If you don't feel safe using your main phone, get a Trac-phone, prepaid, and link it to your separate email just for sensual communication.
  • Have an email that I CAN reply to. Communication works best when I can respond.
  • Don't send an email telling me you can't use a computer to communicate. You found me online, and I do not schedule or advertise via phone.
  • You will find that I communicate swiftly when I am in town, and when not my email responder will tell you when I have new sessions open, explain any delays if I am out of town or on vacation, and all kinds of other nifty things. Please, have an email account that allows for this courteous flow of communication.

Phone Calls:

I don't answer my phone for anything other than immediate communication just before our session. I give my complete attention in person.

I will not hear or respond to voice-mails left for scheduling, requests, or queries.

Texting:

I am VERY text friendly once we've met and elected to continue to work together. Text works perfectly for the day of our session last minute communications; I am running late, I am early, I am parked, or would you like a latte?

Please note, I WILL NOT SEE TEXTS until I am already at my studio. EMAIL I can see from my home computer, my iPhone, as well as my studio phone.

TEXT DOES NOT WORK FOR SCHEDULING.

Email once screened:

Email is a lovely way to communicate for questions and once we have gotten through screening.

Same Day Sessions Once Screened:

Always worth a shot - try to send request before 8 am for best results. It is sometimes possible as late at 10 am to schedule for same day.

The request form is WAY fastest. You don't have to screen twice, just the first time.

Use the notes field at the bottom to give me timing and communication details. If you think you want to get in next day or same day. Even if it's a long shot you are welcome to reach out and tell me there may be a chance we can line up; you never know, just tell me, hey maybe..and give me the fastest way to contact you that day so I can ping you back if I can line up with you.

Email Screening Cut & Paste

IF the form is still scary for you, you may use email for screening. Here is how.

In the Subject line: new client screening

  • Contact info: I will need a valid and current contact phone and email. If you try to skip this part you will not hear back from me. This is a business for me and I cannot spend time with people trying to by-pass my safety.

In the Email Body: Answer These Questions:

Path 1: What is your name? You will need to bring matching I.D at our first visit.

Where do you work (Company name) and what is your work number (not your personal cell phone). Someone who can identify you must answer, or it must go to a company voicemail and be google-able as a phone number belonging to that business.

I will call your work, and leave a message for (your name here) referring only to an appointment and could I leave a message for you to call me back. No other information will be given from me.

WHY? I need to know you are a real person, and that's all I will be checking for, does the work phone match the name that then matches the I.D.

Then, I will check to see if your name is on any of the ladies cross reference boards and/or Google it. If you are on the 10 most wanted, it will likely pop up. If you have been banned from other ladies, it will come to light. That is all I am checking for.

If you do not work for someone else, and are self-employed:

I will need your business name and WA UBI number, or if out of state business you federal tax I.D. number and matching I.D. for the same reasons as above. I do not need this if you work for someone else, this is the back-up plan.

If you are retired,

Having no work reference will slow things down, but we can still get there. I need your name, matching I.D. and some way to know you. This is NOT an easy work around, and it takes longer. We will need to get creative and it will be emails back and forthishness. Misrepresenting as retired is NOT a speedy way to get into me.

  Path 2:

Your nickname(name the other ladies know you by)

Two Provider References -

  • Their website - must be active and a real website- not a link on an advertisement.
  • Their email contact info- make this easy for me so it goes faster.
  • Tell me how they will know you, something about your time together.
  • Please, Let them know I will be contacting them for a reference.
  • If you used a different email with them, include that as well.
  • I need to know which specific session and for what length of time you would like to spend with me during that session
  • I need at least one date/time, and a second or range of times that work for you
  • Allow 3-4 days with this system. Screening is time consuming in this format
  • Optional Photo

You are never required to send me a picture, but I love pictures (of your face, not your equipment) just as much as you like to see me before you get here. It's downright friendlier, but in no way required. I do not screen based on physical appearance, weight, age, or health (as long as you can get up my stairs) I just want to have a face so I can see you as a real human being!

  • Any notes or additional information you would like to share so that I may know you better.

  Path 3: 3rd Party Screening

If, after ALL this, you are still not comfortable with my screening, there is a 3rd party screening service:

Date-check.com

I am registered with them.

I find the system a bit confusing -but it does offer third party neutrality.

This system DOES store your information in a database and does ask for your social (last four) or drivers license so they can do a background check on you nationwide.
